Opportunities

Saturday, January 28, I hope you will join me on WORTH THE WAIT on Facebook. All the authors write seasoned romance, and you will have lots of opportunities to win books, gift cards, and other swag. I’ll post around 10 am Central time. Three lucky readers will win an e-copy of VULNERABLE or a print copy of COMPROMISE, or a $10 Amazon gift card. And that’s just me. You’ll meet lots of other authors and have many opportunities to win. Come join us. You have to join the group to play along. https://www.facebook.com/groups/worththewaitseasonedromancereaders

VULNERABLE Update: I will have print books in a couple of weeks. They have been ordered.

I hope you saw this post on Instagram last Monday. I love the graphic. Also, I’m planning to post a few of my own graphics on Facebook with statements from reviews. When you see them, I’d really appreciate you sharing.

I’m a guest on Brenda Margriet’s newsletter. Here’s the link. You would enjoy her books. Please check out her newsltter and her books. https://preview.mailerlite.com/l7k6v8n8b8

We had a snow scare this week. Well, kinda, only sort of. The forecasters were saying we might get a “dusting” of snow. Well, that dusting fell north of Fort Worth, but that’s okay. We got lots of nice gentle rain all day long.

BOOK 11 Update: Oh, my gosh, y’all. I finally began Book 11, and I’ve written 903 words. So yeah, it’s only barely started, but it’s started. And I like the story I settled on. You’ll remember I had several I was dithering about. No title of course. LOL The heroine (a real estate developer) and her two sisters (one an interior designer, one an artist) have decided to use some of their inheritance to set up an endowment to run a development of tiny homes used for folks who’ve been homeless. Sounds good, right? Except some people don’t want that development near their fancy homes. Now, I gotta tell you I’m not sure who the hero is yet, but I really like the three sisters. I’ll keep you posted.

Thanks to all of you who responded to the questions in my Newsletter. Winners will be announced in the February newsletter.

Have you been some of the people I’ve seen buried in snow? As I said, we missed out, but that’s okay with me. I’ve about decided I only like the romance of snow in a Hallmark movie and not in real life. 😊 Love to hear from you.

    • Hey, Julie. Thanks. When I was walking the mall this morning I came up with new names for the sisters and even wondered if they should be cousins–inspired by your trip to your cousins last weekend. It gives more opportunities for different characters. But I kind of like the sister idea, too. Early times yet on this book, can pretty easily change stuff out. Thanks so much for stopping by.
